Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using NavaStorm you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the game. If you are a minor under the law of your country, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
3. License
NavaStorm Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play NavaStorm on your devices for non-commercial purposes.
4. Free game with ads
The game is free and funded by ads. Rewarded videos are optional. Support calls and other in-game items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. There are no in-app purchases. We may change or remove game content and items, including support calls, without compensation.
5. Third-party ads
Ads are provided by third parties through Google AdMob. We do not control their content and are not responsible for the products or services advertised. Any dealings with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.
6. Acceptable use
You must not decompile, modify or redistribute the game, tamper with ads or their rewards (for example, with automated clicks or tools that alter the game), or use it for unlawful purposes, except where the law expressly allows it.
7. Intellectual property
The game, its code, graphics, music, texts and trademarks belong to NavaStorm Studio or its licensors. These terms grant you no rights over them beyond the license above.
8. Third-party services
Downloads and updates depend on Google Play, and ads on Google AdMob. Those services are governed by their own terms.
9. No warranty
The game is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will work without errors or interruptions, or that your progress will be kept if your device data is deleted.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits the rights that consumer protection law in your country grants you.
11. Changes and termination
We may update the game and these terms, and we will publish changes on this page. If you breach these terms, your license ends. You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
13. General provisions
If any clause is found invalid, the rest remain in force. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you. If translations differ, the Spanish version prevails.
